The passage, ‘Teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to pass them on to others’ (2 Timothy 2:2 NLT), reminds us that, one of the things virtually every employee wishes he or she had with superiors is better communication, but unfortunately, when those same employees become managers, they often forget to communicate with those who they manage and a way around that is to practice an open door policy, be more visible and regularly share information with everyone. In other words, a time-tested wisdom that helps us get the results we want in life, is to become good communicators.
