??Highly Commended Service Provider of the Year!

We are delighted to share that Eploy has been awarded – Highly Commended Service Provider of the Year at the Vitality Awards.

Eploy’s Kirby Smith and Emma Cooper attended the Vitality Supplier Conference and Awards, where they not only got to listen to some great talks, but also signed the Vitality Customer Charter – with their thumbprint on a Stanley!

What’s new in the Talent Acquisition world? Dates, Further Reading and TA Stats:

  • According to the KPMG and REC UK Report on Jobs Survey, vacancy numbers declined to the greatest degree since August 2020, while staff availability continued to rise, which is reflective of the current challenging market conditions.
  • With last week marking the apprenticeships week, the Government shared some news to provide more leverage to organisations providing apprenticeships, one of which is giving employers more flexibility over maths and English requirements for adult learners. This change aims to enable up to 10,000 more apprentices to qualify every year. Learn more here.

January was a month of milestones at Eploy! ??

We’re celebrating 14 incredible team members who celebrated milestones with us in the month of January. And we wanted to give a special shout-out to Alex, Eploy's Lead Implementation Engineer, who has been with Eploy for 5 years now, and has now received his 5-year Eployalty t-shirt to prove it.?
