Blog Spotlight: Why Your Careers Site Should Be Mobile Optimised?
A careers site is an important aspect of your employer brand that often gives candidates their first impression of what it's like to work at your organisation. In our previous blog series, "What does your careers site say about you?", we explored how an engaging and well-designed careers website can enhance both the quality and quantity of applicants your job postings attract. However, with the growing trend of people using mobile devices for everyday activities, it's essential to consider whether your careers site is also optimised for mobile users.?
According to Withe statistics, about 70% of job applicants completed their applications on mobile devices in 2022. With such a high number of candidates utilising their mobile devices, it becomes clear, that mobile responsiveness cannot be overlooked when creating a careers site – read more on this topic in our blog: ''The Benefits of Mobile Optimised Careers Sites''

Data and insights:
How Checkatrade Cut Recruitment Agency Costs By 87%
Checkatrade is one of the UK’s top online marketplaces for home improvements and repairs. Their mission is to be the trusted foundation of every home by connecting people with trades and tools to make home improvements easy - because safe and happy homes matter most to them. The team at Checkatrade consists of 600 high-performing individuals working across the UK, split in half between corporate roles and customer service roles.
Before launching Eploy’s ATS, Checkatrade were strongly reliant on recruitment agencies, which inflated the cost of hire. To help increase the number of direct hires and reduce high agency costs, Eploy’s ATS was implemented to deliver an end-to-end recruitment platform to manage the hiring process and utilise self-service recruitment analytics to measure and report on recruitment metrics. To learn more about what this partnership helped achieve, read our latest case study here: Checkatrade Case Study.
