Time shows us what really matters in life

What matters most in my life is: ‘I should always be able to love and respect myself.’ The public opinion is extremely fragile and it can go anytime. Your friends too can stop liking you if you speak harsh truth before them. You can’t take even your beloved for granted since he/she may stop liking you, if you do something against his/her will. Your parents want you to always follow their directions. If you don’t, they won’t like you. Your readers too can leave you if you write something that violates their sensibilities. Your children can’t be trusted either because they expect too much from you and they feel dismayed if you fail to live up to their expectation.

In the game of life all the loyalties, love, affection, honour are transient, unreliable and meaningless. The only valuable thing in life is to love and respect yourself. If all the world discard you, you can still survive and live happily if you are right in your eyes. However, if the whole world honours you and you have lost esteem in your own eyes, your life is pathetic, painful and worthless. When I die, I should die with love and respect in my heart for myself. I should always be proud of myself as a human being in my own eyes. That matters the most to me there are various things mentioned below which really matter the most.

1. Food/Water: Simply, unless you’re on a hunger strike or dry fast, if you don’t eat or drink water for 8 to 21 days, you’ll starve to death.

2. Health: Health is your greatest wealth without which you’re truly poor. People who sell their kidneys for money are either stupid, crazy or ignorant of the fact that you don’t really need money to exist. You need a healthy body.

3. Income: Whether you’re a white-collar high income-earner living in Manhattan, New York, or a peasant farmer living in Bangladesh, you need an income to survive in the modern world. If you lose an income, you lose momentum and the power to live, and you’ll soon find yourself living under a bridge.

4. Education: Whether you acquire it from school or self-educate yourself at home, you need an education to get enlightened about the world and how it works. Without an education, you’re just groping in the dark like a headless duck.

5. Functional Brain: Everybody has a brain, but not every brain is functional. To get your brain functional, you must train it. This is crucial because we only use 10% of our brains in our entire lifetime, and even that is not enough. Now, imagine a person who has never trained his/her brain to use even 1%. That’s what’s known as tragedy.

6. Environment: Nobel Prize winner, Dr. Jonas Salk, who developed the polio vaccine, once said that if you kill all the insects, pests, and all micro-organisms, the human race will not survive for another 50 years. On the other hand, if you eliminate the human race from the face of the earth, the planet with all its environment will recover. That makes the environment something very important.

For some of you Life is like a teacher right ! As life has been teaching you many lessons. Now, I will tell you guys what's the definition of life for me. For me life is like a game, Every stage of life is like a level of a game. Whenever we win a game our level goes up, in the same way when we move forward in life, as we grow up, our age define as the new level. Infant to Child stage : It's an easy level in a way, because we don't have to face many difficulties and even we used to have lifeline in a game , in real life our parents play that lifeline role. Now comes, Teen stage : It's the medium level of game, that's the age where everything starts, the rules change and somehow we manage to live or survive this level.

At last, Adult stage : Now this stage for me is the hard level , Now no one will guide you in each step you take, there are no rules you are the one who makes rules ,you live by your own standards. You yourself will be responsible for the wrong step you take. The thing which really matters the most in our life is” Giving yourself Value “. Now what do we mean by that, Self-value play integral roles in how we see and treat ourselves in our everyday life. It doesn't mean that we stop valuing others , it's just we will start valuing ourselves too. Such small yet potent changes can make all the difference for ourselves and the greater good.

The steps we take to actionably align ourselves to that worth is self value. It is good to become more conscious of your true current values, because your true current values are your best guide to how to live a better life. Valuing yourself / giving yourself respect can change your character a lot, happiness itself will come to you then. You just have to change the way you see yourself, the way you treat yourself . Everything is temporary in this world even your problems too. Cheers!

A comprehensive and wise article, which is taken as a guide for each person to look at and understand the meanings of the wisdom contained within it. What is contained in this saying is the result of a deep experience in life, from a humble beginning to a high level of wisdom and awareness. And now that we are speaking in a global platform that is viewed by a large number of people from all over the world, I like to say that I believe that this stems from the personal experience of a man who has gained wisdom over a long period of time and has a busy life. Whoever I would like to say that any read that he can walk in his life In the way that suits him and receives the wisdom that he can obtains and benefits the generations that will come after him. I want to add that respect a person to himself does not give him the right to transcend others and belittle their achievements.
