TIME TO SAY GOODBYE AND READY FOR NEW ADVENTURES!

GRATEFUL … that’s the word which describes the best how I feel about the last almost six years at DANONE and it is with mixed feelings that I announce my departure. I have had the pleasure to work for this amazing company with the mission to bring health through food to as many people as possible, the last four years as HR Director of Danone’s Headquarter in the Netherlands with colleagues from almost 60 different nationalities. I’m going to miss a lot this company, the people and the challenging but inspiring environment.

GRATEFUL … to meet and had the pleasure to work with so many colleagues both in the HR function and business departments. It's the people who make an organization, and I am thankful to have had the opportunity to work alongside such talented and passionate individuals with the flexibility and adaptability in the face of change.

GRATEFUL … with the collaboration and support of the Danone Place Amsterdam Board colleagues and the works council members. Together we were determined to make Danone Place Amsterdam a greater place to work and driving engagement of the community, health and wellbeing of our people and navigating through complicated times in the pandemic.

GRATEFUL … for the possibility to work on the post-Covid project for Danone Headquarters in the Netherlands, ‘Our Future Our Place’. The pandemic did not only accelerated the adoption of remote work, the future of work is a topic of significant interest due to uncertainties like technological advancements, social changes, and economic shifts continue to shape the way we approach employment and careers. For the colleagues of Danone Place Amsterdam we developed over the last year different initiatives in terms of ways of working and team collaboration based on the feedback of the employees and stakeholders. Currently the last visible changes are being made to the office and the lay-out of the building is being reshaped to foster more creativity, collaboration, connection and sense of belonging. Hope everybody will return after holidays in an energizing environment!

GRATEFUL … for the professional and personal growth I’ve made over these years. As I move forward, I carry with me the valuable lessons learned. It's been an enriching and transformative process that I'm truly thankful for. On a personal level, this journey has also brought significant growth and self-discovery. I owe much of this development to the people who have been by my side, offering guidance, encouragement and inspiration.

GRATEFUL … for the experience to work with the best team ever! I had the pleasure to work with an amazing and engaged team, a true team, where there was strong personal commitment and respect, inclusiveness and trust between team members. Your commitment to driving the company's success through effective HR cycles, leadership and team development, employee engagement, continuous improvement by working in an agile way and much more has been truly inspiring. Working with each of you has been an absolute privilege and I could have never done it without you.

It’s impossible for me to mention all the names who have made this journey unforgettable, but you know who you are. Again everyone thank you for the wonderful experiences, collaboration, challenges, learnings and not to forget: fun!

Now I’m ready to embark on my next adventures outside Danone and today marks as the beginning of my new journey as an interim HR Professional. With a deep understanding of the dynamic HR landscape, I'm dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation within the teams and companies I'll be working with.

I’m looking forward to this new, uncertain but exciting chapter and exploring fresh opportunities and challenges!
