Time is Running Out!!

With only 2.5 weeks remaining in 2023, it may (or may not) be too late to book any final meetings or events. However, there’s still a window to start booking meetings for Q1_2024, (as I currently am sourcing one now)... but time is running out!?

Here are a few tips that you might find useful:

1.???? Use the remainder of your budget NOW before it gets rolled over into next year.

2.???? Due to limited staffing, hotels and venues may limit the number of programs they can service. Secure your booking before availability runs out.

3.???? Turndowns are also at a record high. Finding the right location and space at the right value continues to be challenging.

4.???? As expenses continue to increase, it is financially prudent to secure the program sooner rather than later to align with budget constraints.

5.???? Do you host recurring events? Keep in mind that numerous brands/hotels provide extra benefits for multi-year contracts

While the booking window is still short, you should not wait to book your upcoming events and meetings. Costs are going up, service challenges remain, and hotels and venues are becoming very selective.
