Time

Is there anyone really happy

about how their life has

turned out? Do you ever

wonder what you could 

have done different? 

Do you suffer from self

doubt? Do you wish just

for once you could turn 

back the hands of time, 

then go back and make 

those changes in your life 

so you can come back to 

live a life that is so sublime?

Do you know when would

you go back? Or how far

back would you go? Now

remember you could go 

back and change anything

you want, but you only have

one chance, would you 

even know?

Is it maybe the person that

you married or the one you

had to let go? Maybe the job

that you took or the one you

had to say no?

Would it be possible to

change your whole life up

until now, or would it not

matter what you did for

it would end the same

anyhow. For me I am not

sure what I would change 

or even if I would go back

and change anything at all. 

That person who I am today

was all because of my past,

so let the chips fall. 

All the mistakes that I made

and believe me I have made

a lot, and all the heartbreaks

that I felt, all just hands that 

I was dealt. Would it change 

who I am today or what I now

have in sight? Would it have

taught me less or more? And 

or changed what I do now?

or even how or what I would

write? 

I believe now after writing this

little poem, I would change 

probably maybe only one

thing and that would be to 

learn how to play the guitar 

or any musical thing so I

could form a rock band, 

because they get all the

girls, and guys am I wrong 

but there is nothing like

singing a ballad by the fire 

on the beach to a girl with 

a love song am I right Mr.
