Time to Rethink Our Methods
As Agile has spread across companies, tools to support it has also spread. We seem to naturally think that this requires tools. Many organizations attempt to create a way to tie everything together. And, while it can be done, the big picture is often lost. We're not just interested in how things tie together, we need to look at how they feed each other. I've been finding more and more that doing so can be done better with manual boards than automated boards. I'm starting to write up where clients of mine have been doing this. Here's a summary, more coming.
