The Excitement of Resignation has changed into the Great Regret in a flash. The trend of people quitting their professions to pursue their goals and improve their lifestyle has been abruptly tempered by a dose of reality.

People must work in order to survive. They must work in order to pay their bills. If they don't work, they can't pay their bills, and life is miserable.

People are confronted with rising inflation, record gas costs, Petrol cost and a faltering economy as reality sets in. They recognize that, regardless of their expressions, the gravitational power of basic economic realities is difficult to escape.

While COVID has had a negative impact on the economy, many people have received stimulus payments and assistance, reducing the need to work. But now that it's all ended, they're back to relying on their own skills to earn money.

Work has never been a Fun. That is why it is labelled "work" rather than "pleasure" or "hobby." And it is for this reason that individuals are paid to work. The payment is a form of remuneration for services done. That's the way it is at work. You work for someone and are compensated for it. Finally, because the employer creates the chances and pays for the involvement, the employer usually has a minor advantage.

While it is critical that employees are treated properly, are safe, are paid a fair salary, and are not coerced, bullied, or mistreated. Work must be a win-win situation for everyone concerned. Work, on the other hand, will always be work. Work does not have to be enjoyable, enlightening, or difficult.

People left their jobs in droves, seeking greener pastures and pursuing lifestyle enlightenment. Everyone got up from their work, danced around a little, and anticipated to land a better job with 10x the money and 10x the benefits in a giant worldwide game of musical chairs.

But then the music came to a halt. The economy tightened, prices increased, and things became more difficult. People got new employment that weren't always better or more lucrative.

At the beginning, in the middle , at the end , who is going through this play of life. ''You''...What mistake we have done yesterday, we will not repeat today, what we have learnt from it, will apply it today. I am unstoppable, I know what I have to do, where will I reach.....

The market has made a ruling.

The market forces are showing their teeth, and the pendulum is swinging in the opposite direction. The law of supply and demand rules.

Prices can rapidly deteriorate in a bubbly market, and people can take risks. The full value of an asset is revealed in a tightening market.

As remote work and global employment become more common. Opportunities are lying in disguise. If you have the hunger, zeel for work, you will be the best fit for any corporate.?

Create yourself so worthy for whatsoever you do, nobody can replace you. Once you leave, there should be a stir, otherwise the time you have choosen to resign may not be the right moment.
