Money Day Greetings to you my dear leader. You are the most wonderful thing that ever happened to planet earth in this century. It is my prayer that you become a producer and desist from being a net consumer in this life.

One of the most amazing things in this life is the dynamism of time. I am in awe of time because it is a silent mover and to an extent a silent assassin. As I reflect on life and time I cannot help how time puts a unique signature on various dispensations in every facet of life. In a few months’ time, I will be reflecting on 30 years of marital bliss.

The funny thing is that during my time, you had to mesmerize the girl with powerful lyrics and poetic verses. I hope you agree with me that ladies feed on words, especially those of praise. The telephone was a rare commodity those days. We had to rely on the post man who delivered at most two letters a week. Our love was anchored on a verbalized sweet tongue. However, such is the power of time. Now we are living in cyberspace where possibly 90% of the community owns the mobile phone. Now our daughters are being proposed via cellphones in our presence and we are not even aware of it. How times have changed. During our times, the schools were far and few. I used to walk 16 kilometers’ to get to school, that is why I am so disturbed when someone misses church and yet they need to walk two kilometers. ?

Although times have changed, the time factor has not changed. Each day still has twenty four hours. The sad thing about time is that it is intangible and perishable, once we miss the set time, we may never recover. Hence the scriptures admonish us to redeem the times because the days are evil. A lot of people have not caught it that time is terribly limited and that ever since you are born you are counting down towards death. Every person alive has 86400 seconds every day. The level of prosperity you attract depends on the diligence with which you apply yourself in life.

Bluntly put, work is the process of selling your time to an employer through the compensation of a salary. Life is measured in time and therefore every hour you work is simply your life which you are selling. This is why you ought to maximize the moment. Time is such an important factor in life and should be guarded jealously so that we optimize its return to our lives.

God expects you to be a good steward of time. I now suggest some ways which you can address so that your time is optimized.

i)???????????????????Time is limited and as such should be treated with maximum care and caution .Do not waste time by focusing on low table issues when the high table matters are unattended.

ii)??????????????????Any person who does not honour time does not honour life and will never get rich .Your time management can be quickly reflected by your bank balance. A poor time keeper is typically a poor man.

iii)????????????????Poverty is not a lack of financial resources but rather a lack of proper time management. The focused use of your time is able to generate the necessary financial resources. Proper planning usually eliminates poverty and lack.

iv)????????????????Sometimes what you consider small talk at the work place is a huge waste of time as you will end up creating a lot of toxic gossip in the process damaging organizational reputation. The simple policy is that if you do not understand something do not ask from a fellow subordinate because they are not the decision markers.

v)?????????????????The number one time killer is called procrastination which keeps saying tomorrow I shall. Traditionally speaking procrastination is hidden fear and inept execution of processes

vi)????????????????Time Wasting is a product of failure to understand and appreciate our priorities and without priorities time ceases to be limited a therefore wasted.

vii)??????????????Time is a good judge of character which will ultimately resolve certain mysteries of life in due course.

May you learn to number your days, May you rise to conquer as you teach yourself to dominate time. Jesus Christ remains the Avogadro constant of leadership.??

Let’s spread the love and build the nation, one brick at a time. One day our story will be written in the sky….. Like Beyonce sang I was here. May it also be said of you that you were here. We will be also remembered for adding value. May the leader in you rise to conquer as we remember Jesus Christ as the ultimate leader?
