Business has changed a lot in the past 25 years. We’ve gone from VGA monitors to flat screens. Fictitious names to a must have .com presence. A phone book ad to search engine optimizing. New competition that you didn’t even know you had, delivered right to your door. Yes we’ve had to do more than innovate; we had to reinvent the way we and others looked at our companies. 

So what about today, 2019? Are you still reinventing? There are security needs, both in the office and online. Do you have enough data storage? What about Human Resources and compliance? If you’re running your business well, the answer to all these would be YES! So…. 

IS IT TIME?

Is it time to reinvent you? The founder, owner, the one who takes all these question home at night. Have you thought about you lately? Sometimes we are so busy keeping everything moving that we forget what we used to do, what we would like to do. Think back 25 years. Are you as excited as when you got started? If so, great! If you feel reticent to reply, not so great. Think about this; if you’ve reinvented your business correctly it should be operating at top performance, are you? It’s Friday. Take the weekend and think about it. If you sold your company this year, what are all the other things that you could do?
