TIME TO REFUEL
I saw at the car dealership this morning, the word 'refuel' & it got me thinking....
As like our cars we need to fill the tank either to 1/2 full/ 3/4full or even to a full tank - but shouldnt we also refuel ourselves ?
Here's what you can do-
a) take time out of your day to rest & relax - could be a walk, read a book, mediate or even just sitting doing nothing - clearing mind & head is good for the body & soul
b) take water - lots of it - it's in purifying ourselves & as humans even though we are made of water (well part of!) we also need to replenish ourselves with water! stops dehydration!
c) pause & reflect - before you tackle a situation & think also on the end outcome that you wish to acheive
d) fuel - the mind with positive, energizing & vibrant thoughts
e) fuel - the food belly - with healthy foods, snacks & drinks - take it as like brain food
f) seize the day - decide on cutting up the day into bite size chunks & set time zones for eat/sleep/work/rest - maybe altered in time to sort & match your schedule
g) friends & family - dont forget not to neglect your friendship source which gives you light & hope
In all of the areas when the fuel is low reignite yourself, rekindle a flame & start all over again as in refuelling you are refreshing & replenishing yourself to the healthy, active & creative version of YOU!
