Time for reflection
Every now and then, it is important to stop for a while and reflect. Almost two weeks ago we had a Swedish dealer meeting at Wexi?disk, filled up with product information, launch of new machines, seminars, practical sessions and of course social activities.
It is always important to get feedback and input related to the market, our products and of course our way of supporting the partner network in the home market. Over time, this is what develops ourselves in terms of product development, application know-how and marketing activities and last but not least build the team spirit between Wexi?disk and our experienced distribution network, our feet on the ground meeting the end users every day.
My takeaways from the dealer meeting this year are the following:
1.??????We need to improve in setting sales targets and goals in combination with describing what is really adding value to the customers. We might taking this for granted, but explaining the true benefits of a dishwashing solution from Wexi?disk in an understandable way is an important factor.
2.??????Teamwork, teamwork and even more teamwork – All is based on teamwork, very seldom it is a one man show, no matter if it is about developing a new machine, taking a project order or building up competence.
3.??????The Swedish Brilliance set up based on all products being developed and manufactured in Sweden, with high quality and unique design philosophy is a key element and differentiates Wexi?disk from other dishwashing brands.
