During this time I’ve witnessed some tremendous accomplishments and growth for the dealership through the Leadership of President Frank Apa and the senior management team in many areas. This includes a New and Improved Ultra modern Facility in 2014 to serve our guests while providing a comfortable open work environment for team.

Together the team shares many accomplishments over many years including winning the exclusive “Lexus Presidents Award” multiple times, “Consumers Choice Award” for 6 consecutive yrs, and most recent 2018-2020 Lexus Platinum Certification among numerous others.

Lexus of Oakville is proud to be community driven for over 18 yrs. serving Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Ancaster, Dundas, Hamilton and many other communities around our area while contributing to numerous local foundations including “The Children’s Wish Foundation” Oakville Hospital Foundation, the Oakville, Milton Humane Society and many more. https://www.lexusofoakville.ca/community-involvement/ . I witnessed the birth of Lexus as a company in 1988-89 and from day one, and we've always been in the "People Business"

Frank and management have always supported my goals including the launch of my latest book from Lexus showroom on Nov 25th 2015, and provided flexibility for my travel and speaking dates while working in my Leasing role at the dealership.

Today those speaking dates have increased in additional to the launch of my New Online Course “The Lease Performance Blueprint”

With these new development’s I want to thank Lexus of Oakville for their continued support and flexibility as I take on a new focused role as "The Reid Method" brand continues to grow.

Effective April 6th 2020, I’ll will assume a more dedicated role as President “The Reid Method International Inc.” while still serving our Lexus of Oakville guests in a reduced scheduled.

I want to thank @Frank Apa, @Mike Mahafy , the entire management teams and all my team members for their continued support during my transition.
