As I write this I'm in Mammoth Skiing with my family. Blessed by all the powder and the time I have to reflect. As the year draws to a close and we stand on the cusp of 2024, I find myself enveloped in a sense of deep gratitude. The holidays and the New Year are not just markers of time but are reminders of what we hold dear. For me, it has always been about loving my family and friends, volunteering at the animal shelter and nurturing the seeds of creativity and watching them flourish in the businesses we support.

The festive lights and joyful spirits are reflections of what our creative community brings to the world every day – brightness, innovation, and hope. This season, I want to step back from the usual buzz of business and take a moment to appreciate the tapestry we've woven together – a fabric made strong by each thread of creativity and collaboration.
