A Time to Reflect and Go For It!

It's the holiday season which means the end of the year is here and a great time to stop and reflect on what you've learned this year. Notice I didn't say what you've accomplished this year but instead what you have learned. Most of the time we learn far more from the things that didn't work out than we do from the the things that do. Many will tell you to simply build on the successes but I will tell you to build also on the things you have learned from your failures as well. This will truly allow you to be as great as you can be. So as you reflect add to your new year plans how you will use these new gems of experience and then "Go For It!"
