Time is not real

The information that I have to share with you today relates to some important scientific discoveries by the ancients many thousands of years ago.
This information has been distorted over time and has since been lost and forgotten. I am here to share this information with you once more.
It relates to the essence of time. As you know, a day is broken up into 24 hour segments but this was not the case if we go back before Roman times for it was they who invented this. Before that, we saw time very differently.
Time was limitless and in fact, unimportant. The Romans invented hours and minutes and seconds in order to control populations of humans.
They could restrict humans to certain time periods, make them work for certain number of made up hours every day. This allowed the leaders to become rich as those that worked hard paid them taxes which not only allowed them to build and pay for their buildings for the civilizations but also make themselves wealthy.
Before this time, there was just day and night. Wild animals do not sleep at night as we think they do. Most act as normal during the darkness, they hunt and feed and look out for predators that will kill and eat them.
They do not have the luxury of saying good night and everything will be safe until the morning. This was the same for the ancients. They could not simply go to bed and think everything will be safe for them during the night for many predators lurk in the night and hunt whatever they can feed on.
In times when there was just day and night, humans would eat when hungry, there was no breakfast or dinner or super or lunch. The men would hunt until they could catch something to feed their family members.
Until this time, there was no eating. This kept the human bodies clean and strong. It did not allow disease to feed and fester and grow because at times there was no food in the human body. This is what we refer to as fasting in modern times.
Water is a vital element of the human body. But this must be clean water, not water tainted with chemicals and fluoride which harms the human body. Water is the life blood of humans for without food, they can survive for many days but without water, they cannot survive for very long at all.
It is also important to realise that you need to take care of your health by moving all day. The human body was designed to move and walk a long distance to hunt for food. This walking in nature connected the human body to the earth and the stars and the moon.
Everything was connected in the ancient world. While life was perhaps dangerous at times, it was much more fulfilling for there was no manmade objects that tear us away from nature.
There were no cars, trains, aero planes and the many other excessive items that made put all their focus on. The human body can with stand much punishment of having the wrong food put inside it until it reaches a point where it can no longer be sustained and then it becomes sick and frail.
This is the same with stress. Ancient humans where never stressed for long periods of time. Their minds where clear when they went hunting, they had to defend themselves against enemies but this did not involve constant stress as with humans in today's world.
You surround yourselves with electronic devices that cause harm and an underlying stress response that you don't notice. It is taking a break from all this modern technology that you will get back to your roots and back to nature and recharge.
Stress causes much illness in the world and yet you are not aware of it or the damage that it causes. You have created a world that you cannot escape from unless you choose to. There is also some reason to use your technology unless you take action and step away.
After all, if time is limitless then you can create the time and space to recharge and reset in nature. It is important to develop the awareness of this. Awareness of how your environment is effecting you all day, every day and that you are in control of changing your environment.
It is only by taking action that this will change for you and will result in a much healthier body, mind and spirit that will serve you for many years.
