Time for "R" - Relationships, Recognization, Respect= Retentions


While reflecting on the New year (for some of us), I thought that the best thing I can wish for my friends and connections is a good and CARING?relationship with the people in their life. ( work / personal space)

I have also realized that with the challenges?that the last years presented to human society,?we were lucky to understand and overall?recognize?as people the?importance?of those to our wellbeing.?


The Relationship, The Recognization, and The Respect will keep us engaged in life and Retent at work.?


Leaders, people, and managers who will adopt will win -?Grateful for those.


Attracting the best talent and keeping the right talent is critical; Businesses need to invest in essential areas to engage employees and ensure business growth, such as reward and recognition, wellbeing, discounts, communications, and surveys. Even happy employees could be easily convinced to move jobs if the right opportunity presented itself. Businesses must look for innovative ways to deliver what their employees want - Relationships, recognition, and Respect.
