Time is precious - how are you using yours?

Time is our most precious commodity. It is the one thing we cannot renew, when it's gone, it's gone.
That's a sobering way to start an article for a newsletter that's meant to inspire and motivate!
The truth is, we must be intentional with the time we are given.
I have the honor of working with high performing, ambitious women. Women who are successful, intelligent, and purpose-driven.
So, why do they come to me?
The common theme is they are feeling stuck, frustrated, and the passion they once possessed has waned. They're no longer sure of their purpose. Their vision of the future is unclear. Sometimes they have stopped envisioning the future, at all, because they have become so confined in the hamster wheel of their life.
They are surviving, not thriving.
So where do we start? We start with clarity and intention. We define who they want to be. We create a crystal clear vision of their future and the impact they want to have. We set intentions on how to show up as their future selves, how to move forward, and how to get past the frustration and the "stuck".
We audit their time - the ways they are spending it. We find that lack of intention leads to undesirable results.
We start with small habits - setting an intention first thing in the morning, setting alarms throughout the day to help them re-align, doing visualizations before they fall asleep, journaling their desires as if they have already come to fruition.
All of these tiny habits lead to huge change. Once they develop a clear vision of the person they want to be and the life they want to live- they can start moving forward and taking action. They have direction. They have clarity. They have purpose.
**This is important - even with clear intention you must move to action or you will remain where you are. **
If you're feeling stuck or frustrated - try the following exercise:
Write or say each affirmation and then answer the questions.
