Time to pay attention: BPMN + DMN!

OK, we "all" know how useful BPMN is to model processes, isn't it?
But sometimes we run into some kind of a "mess"...
Looks familiar? Basically, it's using BPMN to represent how to make a decision. Not the best way to do it, wouldn't you agree?
Well, let's see... is there a better way?
What about this?
"OK, OK", you say, "but where is the LOGIC for this decision?"
What about showing the inputs (and a guiding policy), to start with?
... would that help?
"Yeah, yeah", I hear you, "but, still, where is its LOGIC?"
Satisfied, maybe, with a DECISION TABLE?
... granted, kind of hard to read :((
What if I tell you you could also SIMULATE this decision, wouldn't you like that?
Well, my friend, welcome to the WORLD of BPMN + DMN!
Planning to come back with more details,
Razvan:-)
