Time is non-linear?—?there is no future nor past

Think about it more critically: the past can only exist when you think about it now?—?it is the past now, and the future can only exist if you think about the future now. So technically there is no future nor past, there is only the now, the present.

Understanding Non-Linear Time

This is fundamental in understanding the basics of being in the present moment, enjoying and living the journey and not looking forward to the destination and fantasizing about it, or regretting past occurrences.

The future and the past that you have perceived in your mind is a perception, which makes it a bent form of reality.?

Perception and?Reality

The past as you recall it?—?you can only recall the role you played and recall the role others played based on your perception, and not exactly what happened. So technically, one reality can have multiple perceptions and thus it bends the reality of the event to the idealization of the individual paradigm and relevance of the event. On the other hand, the future as you have it in your mind is only bent into your own perception and does not signify that will be the actual occurrence of events. So why waste your precious now time thinking about illusions created only by your conscious thinking and not focus on that which you can bend without distorting the reality which is the now? Why are you torturing yourself and causing yourself so much suffering?

What is suffering? Is it a state of mind? Is dissatisfaction a state of mind or an occurrence? Well, if you have been following my articles closely, I am an advocate of vibrations, energy and frequency, for as Nikola Tesla termed it, the universe is made up of energy and vibrations. Where your time and attention goes, that creates the energy you emit, and the energy you emit creates the vibrations, and from vibrations you are able to tune to a frequency?—?could be a frequency of love, a frequency of pain among others depending on the vibrations you are emitting. So technically, suffering is caused in individual minds. So how do we stop suffering? How do we start living in the now and not living in the future?

The Path to Present Moment

Lately, I have been immersed in reading Eckhart Tolle’s books and after reading them, they have only rubber-stamped that which I have accumulated over time from the Bible, other books, experience and wisdom shared?—?that now is all we got, now is all that matters. But how we get to the now is highly predetermined by 2 main things: one is the state of consciousness and two is the stillness the conscious being is at.

Technically, these two are a whole new series that I have been writing?—?you can follow to understand the two and read prior articles to get to know about them. But nonetheless, everything that was created can attain a state of stillness, and animals, plants and rocks etc. can attain this state without much effort since they are not conscious?—?technically they are not using their thinking mind, for when using the thinking mind the state of stillness cannot be obtained.

Practicing Stillness

Look at it this way: when you observe the sun and listen to it and submerge to it without wanting to change its form, without thinking and just looking, there is a state of comfort.?
Now what about a flower?—?if you look and observe and listen to it, it will have something to say, only if you are in the state of stillness.?

Probably you have not experienced this, for you are always in your thinking mind without giving a chance to your state of stillness, which is where all the magic happens. When creations are in their authentic nature, they can only emit the state of stillness, and in this state, magic happens because it only happens in the now.

Practice it, you’ll see?—?avoid living in the future and avoid living in the past. Try being in the present moment, and nature can aid you in that.?

With practice over time, even in your daily errands you will also be able to be in the present moment, and in the present moment.
