Time For My Next Career Chapter !!

Hey All!! Over the past few months I have received N number of messages asking me as to know who is my next " Employer Of Choice".. Here's what it is, I quit Boeing and took a Break.. My offer from one of the employer was rescinded due to #Covid'19 which is "totally acceptable" because personally I am not a great fan of employer laying off their existing employees because redundancy is a crappy experience that makes employees feel powerless and often has them being pitted against their colleagues with predetermined outcomes . 

 Later I denied to join few employer because I was fully focussed on Community outreach services and also providing insights to #Jobseekers #Batchof2020 #Batchof2021 ,connecting them with few great leaders so as to ensure that they are fully motivated and all set to face the challenges as they navigate these uncertain times.This time of crisis will pass and it's how we pull together in this moment to help those in need that will matter most. I contributed my huge participation in #Assocham webinars and presentations with great leaders.. Polished a bit on my french language skills and I am in the process of “faire, défaire, pour mieux faire” (do, undo, to better do).. Also, Netflix, living room , kitchen were also taking center stage:)  

I had the perfect time to learn something different and to explore new possibilities . I wasn't afraid to walk away and seize new opportunities of learning when they happen. 

Up next, I am super excited to let you know that I am proudly stepping into a Management & global role with one of the “Big Four” - PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as "Manager - Talent Acquistion" starting this mid-week. This industry is going form strength to strength and can't wait to meet the new team and get to work again!
