With news of Facebook showing less business posts in the news feed, it begs the question is it really worth still using this social media platform when you are only reaching 2-4% organically?

Try different types of posts

We can all add a post with an image and link but have you tried the other options like adding a video, carousel, event, gif, tag influencers, poll, or even add a link to get direct messages. There are many different options so try them all out and see which ones get the best results for your business.

Knowledge is still king

No matter what you do, make sure you are educating your clients and potential clients. Blogs and posts giving added value to your clients and not just selling at them will give you industry credibility. Even if they don’t want or need your product or service today, if you are a credible influencer, they will remember you when they need that product or service.

Testimonials

We are not talking about getting all your good buddies and family to add fake testimonials. We are talking about credible recommendations from past and present clients. They are worth their weight in gold and as much as digital marketing is my industry, word of mouth still remains the most powerful form of advertising.
