Time or Money?
Which is more important to you? Time or Money?
Time is limited, but isn't money as well?
What does the quote board teach us about the value of time?
"A man who dares to waste one hour of time has not discovered the value of life."
"By failing to value your time, you are devaluing your life"
"If you want to leave your footprints on the sands of time do not drag your feet."
"In all our deeds, the proper value and respect for time determines success or failure."
"Know the true value of time; snatch, seize and enjoy every moment of it. No idleness … never put off till tomorrow what you can do today."
For the record, I agree with the unknown quote writers above, in that time is WAY more valuable than money...
The case for money.
BUT money runs the world.
Usually, we all experience yearly increases in rent, vehicle ownership and maintenance, gas, medical care, groceries and other costs of living.
If you don't have any money, or enough money, you probably will experience problems with the following...
1. Food on the table.
2. Roof over your head.
3. Clothes on your back.
4. Transportation.
5. Ability to pay bills.
The list can go on and on, at least it does until our money runs out.
The case for time.
Now lets look at time. Time is limited to your daily activities and your well being.
1 month = 730 Hours (Based off AVG of 30.4 days in a month)
Sleeping- typically will spend 243 of those hours
Daily Commute to work- (22 day work week) 27.5 hours
Eating/drinking- 33 hours
Cleaning- 32 hours
Caring for others- 36 hours
Work- based off of a (22 day work week at 8.5 hours a day) will consume 187 hours
Sports/Leisure- can consumer 78 hours
Assuming you don't do anything else you are only left with 93.5 hours a month.
Both are crucial and neither one of them should be wasted, but until we learn how to lengthen our life spans, time wins hands down.
As we all know, way too well in 2019, more money can be printed but time can't can it?
How to maximize your time and money when it comes to achieving your credit challenges.
There is a difference between the skill levels and knowledge of an amateur and a professional. A difference that is seen in the amount of time and money that must be paid to achieve a goal or job.
As a professional credit analyst at a professional consumer group, I want to help people achieve their credit goals and save time and money in doing it.
With that being said, if you or somebody you know are plagued with unresolved credit challenges, I would like to visit with you regarding your credit goals. For most people that means a free credit credit analysis, free consultation and free review to determine if we think we can help you.
In other words, we don't try to sign up everybody we talk to... just those we think we can help reach their credit goals.
For real estate and lending professionals, such as loan officers and realtors, I know that I can save you time and money by increasing your business pipeline with more qualified prospects that currently have credit challenges holding them back.
I know because I and my company add well qualified mortgage and home buying pipeline prospects every business day (and on some non-business days too).
How many prospects do you run into that have credit challenges that you either (1) can't help or (2) could make better use of your time by letting credit professionals deal with your prospect's credit issues?
Typically, the credit education and rehabilitation process will take 30-180 days and they will be back in your pipeline and ready to do business with you (i.e. pay you commissions)!
Decades of diverse professional experience has been put to great work in developing an affordable and highly successful credit program that has produced impressive results.
Send a few my way, I will guide and educate them on the removal of their invalid, inaccurate and unauthorized credit challenges while helping them establish and improve positive credit accounts.
Are you ready to work with more credit worthy clients who are in a position to qualify for a mortgage and/or and close on a home?
