In a time when such extreme violence has gripped the planet, there is also a beautiful and amazing counter-action taking place and I invite all of you to join hearts in it.
Many of you know I've been practicing meditation for over 23 years, a practice that I find endlessly rewarding.
From today until the 25th of December, please meditate with hundreds of thousands of us all over the world, preferably at 6:30 a.m. or any other time during the day, from home or office, using the following simple steps:
· Sit comfortably with your eyes closed. Let your whole body relax.
· Gently focus on your heart.
· Make a simple suggestion that the Source of Divine Light is within your heart.
· Be confident that the transmission is being received and is pulling your attention inward towards the heart.
· Meditate for 20 - 30 minutes.
If your mind wanders just gently turn back to the heart again.
If you would like to learn more about meditation please let me know.

9 年Ripples happen by one stone... and hence change can happen if each one of us take their part in building peace starting from where you are and ripples will take it forward.
We, as human beings, not only can, but must make constant endeavours to produce a reversal of consciousness, changing darkness into radiance. Let us then, by inner will, thoughts, and actions, arrive at the very source of Light.
