?Take a few minutes to plan your activities.

?2.????Organize and Prioritize

In high workload situation, organize your task based on its priority.

?3.????Do one thing at a time

?Successful people concentrate on just one thing at a time. When we try to be multitasking, tasks at hand takes more time and we become less productive so try to do one thing at a time.

?4.????Avoid Distractions

?Distractions happens and it’s hard to avoid. First, identify internal or external distractions and pinpoint their cause.

Like use of social media, web browser etc.

?5.????Delegate

?By delegating some task to your teammates or colleagues who are capable enough to perform that task, it will free up some of your time that you can give to other activities.

?6.????Learn to say “No”

?Being a “yes” man or woman does no good for anyone. It is perfectly OK to say “no” to tasks you feel overwhelmed by.

?7.????Make realistic schedules

Plan your schedule in an advance, it will help to focus in activity which is on most priority.

Which is the most crucial part in pharmaceutical industry?

?As we know there are deadlines in pharmaceuticals, each and every process has to be complete as per is time schedule.

?Best example is open CAPAs. CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Action) is very lengthy procedure it’s having different steps to complete and close the CAPA

?There are some other processes also which require planning to complete with its deadlines like investigation, root cause analysis etc.

?Important vs. Urgent

???Important Tasks:

?These are the tasks that help advance long-term goals and complete serious projects. Important tasks are not always urgent, so we’re more likely to postpone them in favor of those that require our immediate attention.

???Urgent Tasks:

?These are the tasks that require your immediate attention: phone calls, meetings, tasks with tight deadlines, and other issues that require you to take action quickly.

?Most of us often confuse urgent for important.

?Here are some basic questions we must ask ourselves to decide and for more clarity:

??Is it urgent or is it important?

??Is it urgent as well as important?

??Is it urgent and not important?

??Is it not urgent nor important?

?Likewise you can identify your task for important and/or urgent

?In today’s era, there are so many tools which help us to manage our time schedule and by the help of smart tools we can organise each and every task in timely manner

Develop a system which include write your task/event/each day with different symbols

???Paper work vs. digitalization

??Digital papers / electronic notebook

??You can also use various personal planning tools to organize your schedule. These tools include calendars, notebooks, electronic planners, pocket diaries and index cards.

List all your tasks and schedules so that you can focus on your priorities in your planning tool.

?You can add topic / task, checklist of audit work, remarkable notes for each tasks etc.
