The Time Management Myth

Time management is an oxymoron. Time is unmanageable, but what we do within it is. Let’s rethink and redefine “time management” to help us produce better outcomes at work and in life.

Many of us wish we had more time and could manage it better, but we are looking in the wrong direction. Time is a fixed resource and unchangeable. However, what we do within the time we have makes all the difference. Every person has the same 24 hours each day, yet outcomes vary drastically. The key lies in how we manage our actions and energy.
