Time Management? ? : My Secret to 330+ Meetings in 12 Weeks Across 11 Cities in the USA ??

I'm excited to share that I hit an all-time record 330+ meetings over 12 weeks in 11 cities, and it all started from the SelectUSA event! This was my first time planning a delegation program like this, reaching out to people before the event, and literally using every minute I had to schedule and attend meetings.

Some of my friends asked why I was rushing from floor to floor during events. The answer is simple: effective time management creates amazing opportunities. I was just excited to meet and explore possibilities with such promising people!

This has been the busiest period of my year, but also the most productive. Between meetings, I found time to finish several books (something new I tried), mostly while waiting at airports and train stations ?? (we all know how often US domestic flights get delayed! ??)

Here are some key takeaways from my journey:

  1. Time is there if you use it wisely. Whether it’s during workouts, while traveling, or even cooking, I try to make the most of these pockets of time by listening to music or reading.
  2. Multitask smartly. I completed 7 books in just a month by listening to audiobooks during Uber rides, flights, and gym sessions. These books gave me insights that helped me schedule and close meetings more effectively.
