Consumers are more aware and supportive of local businesses more now than ever due to the pandemic. Are you adapting your marketing strategies to make them localized? Multi location businesses can harness the power of local through individualized marketing tactics.
5 Tips to Localize Your Marketing Strategy
1. If you have more than one location, make a listing on Yelp and a page on Facebook for each location.
2. Be sure to have a Google My Business listing for each location. On the listing you can list the hours, contact information and other details to personalize that location. Perhaps it is merchandise or services specific to that city or state.
3. Ask customers to review you on Facebook, Google, and Yelp. Individuals trust recommendations from people they know in the community.
4. On your website, be sure to have a page for each location so you can personalize it with photos and pertinent information.
5. Add links to all your listings on Google, Facebook, and Yelp to the local business page on your website.
A localized marketing strategy is a unique market approach in looking at purchasing habits, customer behaviors and overall cultural differences in each state, city, or country. Companies with multiple locations will need to discover the uniqueness to that location and develop their marketing campaigns and strategies around it.
