Time for Kindness

Hello All You fab folk

I hope you are well and have been finding some moments of joy, light and wonder - that is super important!

The reason for this title is that often as we move into the end of the year I see so many people over doing everything.. we find ourselves saying yes to too many things, we find ourselves going out more, socialising more and believing that we really must do more and more and complete everything before the end of the year.

I am done with that. It is time to bring out the Kindness in a big way - here are the top five ways to do that...

  1. Check in before you say yes to another thing - do you really want to go? Or do you feel you "should" if it is a "should" drop it.
  2. Let yourself rest more - it is Winter in Europe at the moment - that means slowing down, candles, reflection - not more going out, speeding up!
  3. Check in on each other and the pressures that you are facing at work - are they real pressures or are you just adding to it by saying lets try and get this done before the break - why do we do this? It is not kind, nor does it help the standard of work!
  4. Fuel yourself well - get your sleep, drink more water and keep going outside - we need the light
  5. Laugh - let yourself laugh more - it does cool stuff to your body and it is kind to laugh and better than getting stressed out!
