Time has no emotions

Time does not care that you have been sick on a hospital bed. Time does not care that you have lost your job. Time does not care that you’re mourning a loved one or graduating with honors. Time does not care how many hours you spend on movies or social media. Time moves on. Do you account for every day you live or you simply count the days?
What have you achieved in your life? What have you accomplished in the last three years? How much have you improved your relations in the last one year? Has your income improved in the last one year? Has your mental wellbeing and physical fitness improved in the last 12 months? Until you address the gaps in your life, the passing of time will never alter your outcomes.
Just like time, the laws of nature have no emotions. As long as the earth endures, there’ll be sowing time and reaping time (Genesis 8:22). Avoid the shame of begging during the harvest season by sowing during the sowing season. Seasons are 100% predictable. What seed are you sowing in your mind today? What seed are you sowing in your marriage today? What seed are you sowing in your work now?
Does your tongue reflect someone who’s preparing for promotion? As a salesman, will the number of potential clients you visit per day make any difference in your income? Does the time you spend with your children influence their morals positively? Does your giving reflect one who fully trusts God as their Provider? Are the friends you hang out with making your life better?
