A Time to Give Thanks

I launched JCA Strategic Solutions 9 months ago, with the idea that it was time to bet on myself and leverage the experience I’ve gained serving the environmental consulting and engineering industry over the past 25 years.

It has been an incredible 9 months with so much to be grateful for.

First, I am eternally grateful for the loving support of my husband and family.? Their cheering and unwavering confidence in me has made me swim faster when the waves were rough and sail smoother when the seas were calm.

Second, the chance to connect with colleagues and friends throughout the past 25-year career journey.? It is amazing to hear what colleagues have accomplished, rekindle old friendships that deserved attention, and be inspired by the passions and pursuits still underway.

Third, the opportunity to bring value to clients through JCA.?

• After vision and goal setting with JCA and weekly CEO coaching sessions, one client has tripled their presence in the NYC Education market and brought meditation and wellness to hundreds of schools, becoming profitable and achieving their goal of doubling their revenue.?
• To achieve major milestones toward commercialization, JCA orchestrated introductions and partnerships to support a renewable energy technology company with establishing its market presence and solving key challenges in manufacturing and logistics.?
• Working with an AI powered community consultation tool, JCA is helping them expand their use case to the engineering industry.?
• JCA’s municipal planning work continues strong with a dear friend leading the way bringing JCA into the fold to support municipalities with thinking creatively and maximizing benefits when repurposing public land.

I would never have expected this journey and where I am.? There are so many blessings it is difficult to count. I am just grateful for the opportunity to write this new chapter and have it be as rich, rewarding and impactful as the previous 25.
