Time flies when you're collaborating.

Collaboration is the new black in organisational evolution. It's time to design 'open strategies'. Think about how your organisation achieves its goals together with the outside world. It goes deeper than innovation, no matter what your dominant strategy is, collaboration will make it better.
The Noventus Connection is on a mission: to spread the collaborative mindset and knowledge, and to support any organisation that understands there is no such thing as an isolated organisation.
Interesting times have been, and certainly will come!
Interesting times, that's for sure. Great projects that really boost the collaborative skills and results for our customers. A fat & juicy sales funnel full of amazing and international prospects. Great research and knowledge buildup activities. But above all an amazing team that firmly believes that collaboration is the way to go. Not only for our customers, but also within The Noventus Connection. 1,5 years ago we embarked on a challenging journey. If we would claim to support collaboration and networks for our customers, it would only be normal that we would be a networked organisation ourselves. After a shaky and challenging lift off, I'm really happy to see the thing flying! Being passionate about collaboration, it's an amazing experience to see it happen in the 'home organisation'. Interesting times have been, and certainly will come!
