Time to explore new opportunities

There are few indicators in our daily routine which we should carefully assess and consider for our personal and professional goals.

1) Lack of growth or advancement opportunities: If you find that your current job isn't offering you opportunities to learn, take more responsibilities, move up the career ladder. It might be a sign that you've outgrown your current role and it's time to seek a position that offer better growth prospects.

2) Toxic work environment or difficult relationship with business head: When your work environment is consistently negative or characterized by conflicts or lack of support or hostile atmosphere. It can have detrimental effect on our well-being and job satisfaction. We can always put efforts to improve the situation. But still if no signs of improvement then better consider moving on.

3) Compensation and benefits aren't competitive: If you feel that compensation package doesn't reflect your skills, experience or market standards. It might be the best sign to explore opportunities that offer better pay, benefits and overall rewards for our efforts.

There are several other factors too apart from the top 3 like companies financial instability, boredom, lack of appreciation.

Note: Each situation is unique so always evaluate what is best for you. Sometimes being selfish is the best practice.
