Time to Empty Out All the Fears

Time to Empty Out All the Fears

Do you ever feel that your life is overburdened with all the pain and problems and disappointments that cast a shadow on your memories? You’re not alone. We’ve all had our share of difficulties, traumas and failures. It’s part of our everyday experience as human beings. But how do you free yourself from this lifetime collection of emotional garbage? How do you create space for a happier, healthier and more fulfilling way of living?

The answer is very simple. You have to learn to let go of everything that no longer serves your best interests. And this applies to the past.

Let’s start with the physical clues to your pain. Your body retains residual memories of all the events that caused you emotional distress. The discomfort remains imprinted on your posture. Anyone with a trained eye can spot the clues. It’s one of the reasons that so many people experience a huge amount of sensitivity in the area just below the shoulder blades. This natural defensive reaction becomes more and more extreme over the years as the emotional pain builds up layers of protective, defensive muscular tension. However, when you unlock the tension and release the painful hot spots, your subconscious automatically releases the memories of whatever caused the pain in the first place. Whatever you release in this way is released forever. Swift, effective and designed to produce immediate results.

You might also consider recruiting your subconscious mind’s fondness for symbolism. Imagine that you’re filling a handy bucket with all the garbage that’s stored around your heart – the symbolic seat of our emotional experiences. The more clearly you can visualise the bucket and its foul brew of unpleasant contents, the better. Once it’s full, you imagine moving the bucket out of your heart and away from your body. Then you simply pour out the mess and imagine your heart and body being thoroughly washed and rinsed with clean, pure water. When you imagine that you’re feeling refreshed, cleansed and purified, your subconscious will immediately interpret the symbolism as a clear signal that you’re engaging in some much-needed emotional spring-cleaning. You might be very pleasantly surprised at how good this feels.

So, if you feel that you’re ready to move on and begin a brighter, fresher, heathier and happier phase of your life, unlock yourself from the past and dump all the emotional garbage you’ve been carrying around for far too long. Do it now.
