“A Time Done”

Just as a race has been run,

My time on this earth is almost done;

But my dearest, do not despair,

For I have lived my fair share;

Please cry not for me,

For my spirit is now free;

Free to ride the wind to wherever it takes me;

To silently watch over you as it was meant to be;

So, fret not my love for the wind gently caressing your face is only me.
