Time
Have you ever stopped to just think about what’s on your mind?
Not focusing on anything in particular, but just allowing yourself to think?
For students, professionals, and business owners alike, there's an even more important question to consider:?
Why don’t we have this time to begin with?
Before we answer that question, we need to learn just how important it is to take time out of your day for oneself.
An insightful study was conducted by 美国哈佛商学院 ’s Michael Porter and Nitin Nohria, in which they followed around 27 executives 24/7, documenting how they spent their day.
The results were very interesting, but we’d like to focus on one in particular.
Porter and Nohria found that CEOs actually take meaningful amounts of alone time during the day to think about what’s on their mind.
Additionally, they noted that out of contact with the office often provides critical thinking time, and many CEOs swear by it in order to better their quality of work.

Now back to the main question: Why isn’t this time available?
Well, maybe our society doesn’t place enough of an emphasis on it.
Or, maybe there should be more study into the subject which could purport a change in our American work culture.

There may not be a definitive answer, but we believe it ultimately comes down to one simple truth.
We struggle to find time to think during the day because we haven't made it a priority to create that space for ourselves.
“Struggling business owners will spend time to save money, whereas successful business owners will spend money to save time.?
Why is that an important distinction??
Because you can always get more money, but you can never get more time.?
So you need to ensure the stuff you spend your time on makes the biggest impact.” — Allan Dib , Entrepreneur
So it seems advantageous to prioritize time on what truly drives results, rather than on tasks that could be delegated, in turn saving us time.
We've all heard the infamous saying, "90% of businesses fail."?
But now, perhaps, we finally understand at least one of the pivotal reasons why.
