In a time of crisis

In a time of crisis, you learn.

You learn who lives their values.

You learn who walks their talk.

You learn who really means it when they say they care.

You learn who has the courage to stand up for what’s right.

You learn who is kind without any strings attached.

You learn who values people over extra profit in their pocket.

In a time of crisis, you learn who the real leaders are. And you learn that they are everywhere, even in places you never expected them to be.

You also learn that there are a lot of fake leaders out there—those who claim the title, but when it matters most, where are they?

A time of crisis is the greatest test of leadership. We learn who people really are. They learn who we really are. May we never forget how much our actions matter, and may we never forget what we see.

Here’s to loving the leaders we already loved even more than we did before. And here’s to the leaders everywhere who are stepping up. We see you. We feel you. We thank you. Our world is so lucky to have you.

Kristen

A ‘Time of Revelation’ of the VERY BEST of Human Nature (Behavior) and sadly (expectedly?) the MOST DISAPPOINTING? ?? As you note, it’s WHEN the BEST (must) Show-Up and Step-UP!

Which also makes this a great time to asses leaders in our organizations and identify those that are stepping up
