Time To Change Our Mindset

Amongst all the chaos regarding COVID-19 now people are realising the importance of health.

Suddenly everyone is eating immunity boosting fruits, taking up supplements and what not, thinking that this will give them instant immunity from COVID-19. Before this chaos no one bothered about the health.

Now we are suddenly realizing the importance of it and expecting it to change overnight.

To be honest it takes a lifestyle change to be immune to any kind of disease and COVID-19 is no different. If you have healthy body automatically your immune system will be strong and will be able to fight against any virus.

Since ages we have been taught this but somehow as we grow up we become more lethargic and we do develop immunity but against healthy habits. We develop a mindset to have a quick fix of every problem but not this time. This COVID- 19 is an eye opener for lot of individuals around the world who have been neglecting their health over money, power and work.

Now you must realise that in these situations neither your money nor your power and certainly not your work will be any useful.

You need to have a healthy sustainable lifestyle.

Do at least 30 mins workout of your choice. It can be in gym, running, cycling, or any sports.

I cannot stress enough on following the healthy eating habits. We are what we eat.

We must realise now that we cannot escape from this every time and come up with new excuses. This virus is an eye opener and we should learn from it and start practicing certain good habits.
