Time for Change.

I rejoined the Four Seasons Hotel team about three and a half years ago, after having left the longstanding Toronto location on Avenue Road in the spring of 2012.

I remain grateful for this second opportunity to be part of the Toronto Four Seasons, as this time has provided me with many opportunities for prized relationships and significant growth.

I have enjoyed working with colleagues who demonstrated a genuine passion for their work, investing whatever time and energy were required to deliver the best possible product & service experience to our Clientele and Guests. This culture of excellence, paired with the team's shared sense of warm hospitality had enabled us to maintain Five Star and Five Diamond ratings.

As well, this environment allowed me to work on behalf of and with senior leaders in business, the arts, sports & entertainment, as well as many great not for profit organizations. Working and partnering with Client's from initial conversations, to planning special arrangements, and then the completion of their program was a fulfilling and rewarding experience.

Of course, it is the people I have worked the closest with that will be the most memorable. It has been a considerable pleasure to see the Catering and Conference Service Colleagues (although quite often we were more like compatriots) on my team question, learn, challenge, laugh, share, adapt, master, succeed, and ultimately grow.

While these challenging economic times may impact position or titles; they are not able to lessen our skills or experience and will provide the opportunity for new growth, knowledge, and a broader perspective moving forward.
