Time for Breakfast
The impact of a high-performing culture within an organization cannot easily be measured. Sure... sales numbers, production units, repeat business, and attach rates for multiple lines within your product suite can all be counted. But how does the modern day CFO measure learning, innovative thought, initiative, reduced risk of employee/employer litigation, retention, and lower costs to hire?
The reality is that the best run companies take care of their employees - who in turn - take care of their customers. Building a brand, reinforcing that brand throughout the recruitment and onboarding of an employee, and then living that brand each day is quite possibly the only way to build long-term success.
I'm privileged to be connected to, and part of, the Culture movement with All American Leadership and ADP. Whether you're building your front line leaders to coach from their strengths or building an Ethos your organization can rally behind... a focus on culture is a focus on your operational success.
