It is time to become a leader.

It is time to become a leader.

PART ONE: It goes like this. Start with just a single person, nothing more.? Yes - that is you! It is not your friends or family or cohorts.?It is just you.

What have you discovered along your journey? Do you readily adopt the philosophy that:?"You can get anything in life you want by helping others get what they want?" (1)????????????Remember it is a philosophy - and not a strategy.

Do you accept this idea??"You make a living by what you do and make a life by what you give?"?(2)

Do you really understand the exponential math behind:?"Pay it Forward?"?

With these three simple concepts you are at the foundation of a leadership mental model. By acting on this servant?leadership belief you will enrich your life and also those around you.

Make sure PART ONE is firmly in place. It has to starts with you and no one else. Giving to others may be the tiny difference between ending and starting to begin. If you don't give to others and only consume you may never be satisfied.

PART TWO: Do you want to amplify PART ONE? What can you do to make PART ONE grow? Not just a little bit - but significantly extend your personal reach that will enrich the lives of many! There is tremendous synergy when you collectively bring other servant leaders together. You think differently, you act differently and ultimately empower each other. A small organized group of servant leaders creates a tremendous amount of value. Find a few others to join you to formulate your personal mastermind forum. Keep asking the question: "How can I help you?"

PART THREE: The strength of any organization is a direct result of the strength of its leaders. Everything rises and falls on leadership. Leadership in service to others requires a great deal of courage.?Watch this one-minute?video?(3)?to help you identify your role as a servant leader.
