The Time Audit..

This will be very interesting.

Have you ever recorded in detail everything you did in a week, hour by hour?

I suspect probably not, so I'm going to share something with you today.

Below is a spreadsheet which I advise you to make a copy of, print it or fill it in on your phone as the week goes on.

On this, put everything you do during the day - work, sleep, eat, scroll phone, watch TV, exercise, plan your week, faffing around, getting ready, playing with the kids, you name it!

At the end of 7 days you can then review this and quickly identify two key things:

  • Periods of time where you have wasted doing things that are not aligned with your goals
  • Gaps in your week that could be filled with more productive things that drive progress

So give this a go and if you do it, let me know your findings!
