Time Amplifies what you Feed it.

Time Amplifies what you Feed it.

What if I told you that time can amplify what you feed it? That’s right, time can be your greatest ally or your worst enemy depending on how you use it.?

I think we can agree that we are all products of our environment.? Therefore, it only stands to reason if you spend your time focusing on negative things, like fear and worry, this will become the filter through which you see the world. That’s because the more time you spend worrying and being afraid, the bigger those negative emotions become. I’m not suggesting that we ignore these feelings but rather address them and move forward.???

On the flip side, if you use your time to focus on positive things, like gratitude and joy, those positive feelings will grow over time. You’ll find yourself feeling better and more content with your life as the days, weeks, and months go by. This is a process and won’t happen overnight but rather by incremental progress achieved through persistent habits.???

The key is to be intentional with how you use your time. Make sure you’re using it to do things that make you feel good, like spending time with family, going for a hike, or reading a book. Don’t let fear and worry take over your life; use your time to focus on what makes you happy.?

Time can also be used to cultivate your skills and knowledge. Learning new things and pushing yourself to become better can be incredibly rewarding. But don’t forget to take breaks and enjoy yourself as well. A balanced approach to learning and leisure will help you make the most of your time.?

Challenge yourself to get 1% better each day.? One percent doesn’t sound like a lot but when stacked on top of one another the gains can be tremendous.? One percent of a day is fourteen minutes and twenty-four seconds (14:24), so what are you willing to do for fourteen minutes and twenty-four seconds to get better today?

So remember, time is a precious commodity. Use it wisely and it can amplify whatever you feed it. If you put in the effort to focus on the positive, the rewards will be great. And if you take the time to learn and grow, you’ll be better prepared to handle whatever life throws your way.

"14:24" love that! Thanks. Appreciate you taking the time to write this.
