During my 30 years of providing Leadership Coaching I’ve come to learn there are a number of principles that define leaders.?I believe the 30 Principles listed below are required to be a great leader.?Please feel free to add to this list.
Leaders must:

6.????????????have empathy and high Emotional Intelligence (EQ)

8.????????????have a vision with a roadmap or plan to get there

11.?????????ask for and welcome the opinion and feedback from others
12.?????????be a good listener
13.?????????be a clear and succinct communicator
14.?????????be self-aware and continue to develop thyself
15.?????????know how to evaluate risk/reward when making decisions
16.?????????stick with what they know best
17.?????????not be afraid to acknowledge their weaknesses and admit their mistakes
18.?????????hire and mentor people smarter than they are
19.?????????know how to replicate best practices
20.?????????have the ability to manage change
21.?????????have a?commitment to their profession, organization and employees
22.?????????be tactful at all times
23.?????????be a problem solver and have the courage to act decisively
