Tiktok Trends of the Week ??

Tiktok Trends of the Week ??

Has the price of Lurpak, clammy weather and Energy companies record-breaking profits this week left you feeling a little hopeless?

The great news is your business could be just one Tiktok away from exploding overnight, and we have the 7 trends you can post this week to help you get there.

  1. ‘I spent about 80% of my time talking about Regina…’- https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMNVShhdU/?

On the internet which is ever-changing and evolving, there’s one constant: Mean Girls references will never go out of style. Use this sound to share something you’re obsessed with!?

This sound is ideal for businesses looking to share products.

2. Devil Eyes - ‘I bet you dressed as a princess when you were little’ - https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMNVSj7BQ/?

Have you been unable to escape the sped-up rendition of ABBA’s Angel Eyes on your FYP for the past couple of months? This remix by @thereiruinedit offers a horrifying new spin on the version we all know by slowing it down.

The sound has sprung its own trend - users (mostly girls) share a photo of themselves currently, with the onscreen text ‘I bet you used to dress up as a princess when you were little. When the music slows down, they share a photo of themselves as a child in a decidedly un-princessy costume.

This trend may be pretty specific, but that doesn’t mean you can’t steal the audio and apply it to your own scenarios!

3. ‘Let me tell you something’ - https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMNVSF5Nk/?

This sound features a lot of incoherent rambling beginning with ‘let me tell you something’. What do you want to tell people about? Your latest obsession? Something you want people to know about one of your products?

4. ‘Chrissy wake up’ remixes - including this one: https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMNVSYsxs/?

Given how fast internet trends come and go, it’s impressive that Stranger Things continues to dominate TikTok almost 2 months after the first chapter of season 4 aired - and subsequently sent Kate Bush ‘running up’ the charts (sorry).

The phrase ‘Chrissy wake up’ (as uttered by new fan favourite Eddie Munson) has now been shoved into numerous existing songs, from Wham’s Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go to Celine Dion’s Titanic theme My Heart Will Go On.

These remixes are a must if you sell any products or services which can be related to Stranger Things in some way. If not, they make great background music!

5. SZA - Good Days (sped up) - https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMNVSjoUK/?

One for the aesthetic music enthusiasts???? this sound serves as the perfect background music for almost anything. Memes, tutorials, vlogs - you name it!

6. Findingthatonething - https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMNVSq9fY/?

This up-and-coming text onscreen trend sees users make an alarming or unsettling statements in conversation. When the other person looks suitably uneasy, offer an explanation for the information made. This is a tough one to explain, but watch a couple of examples and trust us on it! ????

7. The Bad Version - Em.T - https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMNVS7TqV/?

Another popular trend which mimics a conversation between two people. Were you getting on well with someone until they said something a little… questionable? Check out a few examples and use this sound to tell the story!

Your next post could blow up your business, so get filming and good luck! Happy posting!
