TikTok resumes have been a hot topic in my industry. Millennial and Gen Z job seekers love the idea, but recruiters and employers aren't so keen. Here's why I think the resume is the WRONG use of video when applying to a job, BUT ALSO, why I think video could be a smart way to differentiate yourself within a different part of the application process.

3 年Although it is another way to market yourself, I fear that those in charge of hiring may unconsciously favor those who have "good video presence" and those who have better video recording setups and skills (and editing skills or have access to someone who does)
