July market update ??

?? As is typical over summer, many employers have been taking their time with hiring decisions. That said, the best candidates are in high demand so it is always best to try and expedite the process, where possible, rather than risk losing out to your competitors.

?? The usual summer slowdown hasn’t occurred this year in the MENA region. It's a buoyant market, with plenty of quality talent and new vacancies available.

?? The employment market is moving back in favour of employers – inflated salaries are less likely to be offered now to jobseekers compared with a year ago.?

?? The summer months have brought an increased demand for private household staff, including an upswing in demand for temporary staff for summer events.
