People are the representation of society along with industrialization. The theme of the forthcoming industrial revolution is for the people and by the people. The ultimate goal of the forthcoming industrial revolution is to serve society in an all-inclusive way.
Whereas the concept of Dark Factory represents the minimum involvement of humans on the shop floor. However, the forthcoming industrial revolution demands the working of humans along with robots. The human mind's creativity and intelligence can not be replicated by the algorithms of AI - Artificial Intelligence.

The planet is the representation of the environmental ecosystem. Being social animals, we have a strong dependency on our environmental ecosystem. We have to cultivate the resources of nature in an optimized way to save the future of Industry & Society. We have to preserve our Planet for our future.

4. Profit -
Profit is the representation of profit with sustainability and growth. In the forthcoming industrial revolution, we should consider Profit in an inclusive way along with People, Peace, and Planet. A profit achieved by impacting any ingredient of the Priority P4 framework in a negative way should be considered a loss. To achieve sustainable growth, we have to consider sustainability as our profit center and include it in our corporate strategy.?
