?? TIER overruled in Vienna
At the end of April 2023, Vienna awarded four operators—Bird, Lime, Superpedestrian, Voi—permits?to operate scooters in the city.?TIER called for a review of the awarding process, but the?administrative court has?rejected TIER's objection. The four other operators, including newcomer Voi, will begin operating on July 1st as planned.
